Click on the download link and select save
Select save when downloading

Save the file to your computer

Click run to begin the installation process
Click run to install

Click OK on the select a language page

Click next on the welcome page

Click I Agree on the license agreement page

Click Install on the choose install location page

Click finish to reboot you computer after the installation

After your computer restarts you will be asked to enter the username you chose when you sighed up for the filternet service
